1. General Provisions
   1. This Policy on processing and protection of personal data (hereinafter - “Policy”) is developed in accordance with the current legislation and regulates the order of collection, storage, processing and protection of personal data of Users of the website getWebSpace.org (hereinafter - “Site”).
   2. User - an individual or legal entity that has registered on the Site and provided its personal data for the use of the Site services.
   3. Personal Data - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identifiable natural person (subject of personal data), which the User provides when registering on the Site, as well as in the process of using the Site services.
   4. 5. Rights of Users
   1. The User has the right to access, change, update or delete his/her personal data. To exercise this right, the User can go to the Account settings on the Site.
   2. The User may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, but this will result in the inability to provide access to the services of the Site.
6. Final Provisions
   1. This Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site and is valid until it is replaced by a new version.
   2. The Site Administration reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. The User undertakes to independently monitor the changes and from the moment of publication of the new version of the Policy on the Site is considered to be familiarized with the new conditions.
   3. All disputes related to the processing of personal data shall be resolved through negotiations in accordance with applicable law.
