Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
   1. Site - is a web platform located at the address getWebSpace.org, providing the User with access to the functionality of the rental of Applications and related services.
   2. User - a natural or legal person who has registered on the Site, created an Account and accessed the services provided on the Site.
   3. Account - a unique account of the User on the Site, containing personal data and allowing access to the Site services. The Account is created by registration on the Site and allows to manage the rented applications and finances on the Personal Account.
   4. Personal Account - is a virtual account of the User on the Site, from which funds for the rental of Applications are debited. The Personal Account may be replenished by the User to pay for the services provided by the Site.
   5. Location - is a physical server chosen by the User to launch the Application.
   6. Application - software available for rent on the Site.
   7. Addon (Add-On) - a custom extension for the Application that provides additional features and functions. Add-Ons can be developed either by the User himself or by third parties.
   8. This User Agreement is binding for all Users who have registered on the Site. The User Agreement regulates the relations between the User and the Site Administration in terms of the use of services provided on the Site.
   9. The User undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, as well as other documents regulating relations between the parties, including, but not limited to:
      1. Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data - a document regulating the procedure for collection, storage, processing and protection of Users' personal data.
      2. Policy regarding the use of Cookies - a document describing the use of Cookies on the Site and the procedure for their processing.
   10. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to this User Agreement, notifying Users about it through publication of the current version on the Site. The User undertakes to independently monitor the changes and from the moment of publication of the current version of the agreement on the Site is considered to be familiarized with the new conditions and obliged to comply with them.
2. Service provision procedure
   1. After registration on the Site and creation of an Account, the User gets access to the services provided on the Site.
   2. The User selects the Application, Location and necessary Addons through the Site interface. Rental payment is made from the User's Personal Account.
   3. The rented Application is launched on the selected Location and becomes available to the User during the period for which the rent was paid.
   4. The User is responsible for timely replenishment of the Personal Account and payment of the rent. In case of insufficient funds on the Personal account, the Site has the right to suspend the provision of services until the receipt of funds.
   5. All actions performed with the use of the User's Account are considered to be the actions of the User. The User is responsible for the safety of his data for access to the Account and undertakes not to transfer them to third parties.
   6. The Site Administration is not responsible for the performance and content of Applications and Addons provided to Users on a lease basis. The User accepts the Applications and Addons “as is” and is responsible for their use.
   7. The User has the right to stop using the rented Application at any time, but no refund for the unused rental period is provided.
3. Final Terms
   1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine.
   2. All disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved by negotiation in accordance with applicable law.
   3. If any provision of this Agreement is recognized invalid or ineffective, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
